Board-level judgement
Experience advising and reporting to executive teams in multinational and security-sensitive organisations.
Company
TraceMind is a specialised corporate security and risk advisory. We support organisations whose decisions carry operational, regulatory or human consequences.
Our work combines strategic perspective with practical delivery—from governance and protective security to crisis readiness and operations in complex environments. As part of the OmegaNova Group, TraceMind also draws on OmegaNova's geopolitical decision intelligence when advising clients whose outcomes depend on what happens next.

The standard
Experience advising and reporting to executive teams in multinational and security-sensitive organisations.
Operational foundations shaped by diplomatic missions and security programmes across complex environments.
Programmes spanning the Nordics, EMEA and networks covering more than 60 countries.
Our founder served on the board of ICoCA from 2016–2020, contributing to stronger standards for private security in high-risk areas.
Leadership foundation
TraceMind was founded by a security management executive with more than two decades of senior experience across listed technology and telecom groups, international rail and infrastructure operations, global corporate security functions, diplomatic missions and high-risk field operations—including a board mandate at ICoCA (2016–2020), raising security standards in complex and high-risk environments.
That background sets the firm’s standard; it does not define the client relationship. Engagements are structured around the organisation, the required capability and the outcome—not around a personal profile.

OmegaNova
Monitoring tells you the world moved. OmegaNova tells you what it does to your operations.
Ask a question in plain language. The system runs it across nine domains and six analytical lenses — including competing ideological perspectives — and returns three weighted futures in about four minutes. Every answer carries stated assumptions, early-warning indicators and a public grade against what actually occurred.
Explore OmegaNovaDescribe the decision the way it is actually discussed — no query language, no taxonomy to learn, no analyst briefing first.
Candidate paths are simulated, scored and pruned into weighted scenarios with conversion thresholds.
Every claim carries its sources, timestamp and stated uncertainty — plus the indicators that precede each path and the conditions that invalidate it.
Assessments are dated before the event and graded afterwards — including the misses.
What the system does
OmegaNova is not a dashboard of collected feeds. It is a processing layer that turns open and proprietary signals into probability-assessed futures, task-ready guidance and a transparent record of what was right and wrong.
Test geopolitical and security outcomes before they occur. Decision paths built on real-time signals, early-warning indicators and probability-assessed outcomes — foresight instead of hindsight.
A live value recalculated continuously. GSI measures global and regional stress across security, cyber, health, economy, politics and narrative pressure.
Automatic monitoring around each location or office: threat assessments, current personnel count and coordinated crisis response without manual effort.
Travel-specific simulations showing how changed global conditions affect a trip before it starts, at route, city and date level. Warnings while a situation builds, not after it has happened.
A digital security chief and project manager that turns questions and signals into decisions, workflows and completed tasks — with recommendations one click from the knowledge base.

Palantir makes your own data analyzable. OmegaNova makes the outside world assessable.
The escalation path was flagged 47 hours before the parliament building in Kathmandu burned. Forty-seven hours is an evacuation, a moved delegation, a warned staff.
A complete escalation chain was hit in the right order, with 85 days of lead time on the first step.
Every decidable case is logged in a public register — hit, partial, miss or invalid — with the misses visible. Aggregated hit rates are published when the register is frozen.
